For students who want to learn the basics of freediving Swimmers/non-swimmers are welcome. Class Background * 2 hours Theory Class * Safety in Freediving * Dive Etiquette * Breathing Cycle * Introduction to Line Training * Equalization Fundamentals * Pool Session (2 hours) * Dive up to maximum of 5 meters Regular Rate: Php 2,799.00 Group Rate: Php 2,499.00 (if 3 friends sign up together) Classes are handled by certified master freediver and freediving instructor. The class will only cater a minimum of 2 students and a maximum of 3 students per coach to ensure the quality of the class. **Additional Php 1,000.00 for 1 on 1 class**
